  • Once the auction closes, the three highest bidders will be asked to submit their final bid. The highest submitted bid will be the winner.
  • The Acknowledgement of Purchase will be sent via email to the person having placed the winning bid. The Acknowledgement of purchase must be signed within 30 minutes from receipt of the document. If the buyer fails to send the acknowledgement of purchase document back within 30 minutes, the seller has the right to offer the horse to the next highest bidder.
